Seattle’s all-star chef Edouardo Jordan of JuneBaby, Salare, and Lucinda Grain Bar will be tossing classic burgers with a twist at Dick’s Drive-In at the iconic chain’s Queen Anne location.
The limited time pop-up will go from October 16-18 as part of a series of events across the country called “The Classics Remix” hosted by online restaurant reservation company Resy.
The menu will include a Edouardo Jordan’s take on Dick’s classic menu – the takeout package will include a pimento cheese deluxe burger, Dick’s Drive-In’s hand-cut fries served with Jordan’s Cajun dipping sauce, and a spiced sweet potato cookie shake.
Tickets for the exclusive Seattle event will cost $17.50 a person and go on sale at 10AM, Sept. 24 for the general public. American Express Card Members get presale access, and can purchase tickets at 10AM Sept. 22.
