Luck of the Irish Strikes Twice at Semiahmoo Resort Golf and Spa

St. Patrick’s Day is so special that Semiahmoo Resort is celebrating it twice, once at Packers Oyster Bar on Friday, March 13 from 5 to 10 p.m. and again on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 6 p.m.

During the pre-holiday festivities, guests will discover a bit of the Emerald Isle while indulging on traditional Irish specialties such as corned beef and cabbage and sipping on green beer courtesy of the award-winning and locally owned Chuckanut Brewery. The evening will also feature live music from Irish trio GalloBlast.

The celebration continues on St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17, at Packers Oyster Bar. Guests will feel a wee bit Irish with a traditional St. Patrick’s Day prix fixe menu created by Culinary Director Eric Truglas and Chef de Cuisine Andrew Cross. The prix fixe menu will be available starting at 6 p.m. and will cost $39 per person. Green beer from Chuckanut Brewery will also be available.

The ever popular Packers Oyster Bar is located adjacent to Pierside Kitchen and boasts an all-day menu featuring familiar fare during traditional lunch and dinner hours. Semiahmoo Resort’s restaurants use hand-selected superior products direct from local Pacific Northwest farms, artisans, ranchers, and fishermen to create fresh seasonal cuisine that guests and visitors appreciate. Packers Oyster Bar is located at Semiahmoo Resort, which features 212 guest rooms, a pool, full-service spa, fitness center, multiple and diverse restaurants, and two challenging and highly acknowledged public golf courses.
