Washington Peach season is in full swing and this tasty, sweet and most succulent fruit has arrived at Elliott’s Oyster House. Executive Chef Robert Spaulding has created a delicious dessert, using locally harvested Northwest peaches, picked at the peak of ripeness.
Ingredients: Washington Peach and Gran Marnier Meringue. Fresh Washington peaches, crunchy spiced walnuts, Gran Marnier, toasted meringue.
