Tap House Grill Introduces Brand New Menu

Tap House Grill, with locations in Bellevue and downtown Seattle, has introduced an entirely revamped menu to accompany its extensive beer selection.

“As a restaurant, it is certainly our duty to keep current on the culinary trends; especially those that pair well with the focal point of our restaurants – beer,” said Paul Reder, owner of Tap House Grill. “Many of our dishes had been on the menu since we opened in 2002. While we had some guest favorites, we set a goal to impact every single menu item. Even the rare few that stayed on the menu received a tweak.”

The new menu was tested and refined over the summer and includes creations such as: Ahi Poke Tower with sesame seared ahi, avocado, tomato, tobiko, seaweed salad, crispy wontons, and wasabi aioli; Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese; Cedar Planked Wild Bulgogi Marinated Salmon with orange-miso butter, crispy rice cake, and veggies; Morning After Burger with a signature blended burger patty with beef and bacon ground together, topped with molasses-smoked black pepper bacon, gruyere cheese, slow roasted cipollini onions, and a fried egg with chipotle aioli; and Bacon and Grilled Pineapple Flatbread with molasses-smoked black pepper bacon, sweet habanero barbeque sauce, cotija and fresh mozzarella, cilantro, chilies, and caramelized red onion.

Additionally, ingredients and textures were added to enhance the flavor profile of existing favorites, which include: Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings with general Tso’s sauce, Chinese hot mustard, cucumbers, siracha, green onion, and peanuts; Spice Crusted Ahi Salad with rice vermicelli, wild greens, cucumber, tomato, carrots, red radish, sweet peppers, peanuts, and Thai basil dressing ;Chimichurri Grilled Alaskan Cod Tacos with avocado crème, tomato, slaw, salsa fresca, and cilantro; and Italian Mac and Cheese with Italian five cheese Alfredo, roasted peppers, fried salami, onions, tomatoes, roasted garlic, and fresh basil.

“All of the new items have received positive feedback from our guests and has instilled a sense of excitement to our menu,” added Reder. “This is certainly a better reflection of what Tap House Grill represents and creates great options for individuals, groups or parties.”
