Seattle Coffee Roaster FONTÉ New All-Scratch Café Menu Crafted to Impress

SEATTLE, WA – FONTÉ Coffee Roaster, a Seattle area favorite known for roasting and brewing the Northwest’s finest gourmet and specialty coffees, has worked carefully on creating their elevated and extensive menu for their Café locations around Seattle and Bellevue.

Its new from-scratch, chef-driven menu is prepared from locally sourced ingredients and entirely created in-house daily at the FONTÉ 1st Ave Café kitchen. The 1st Ave café offers breakfast and lunch Mon-Fri and for the weekend crowd has a wildly popular brunch.

The Breakfast Burrito is the best selling item at both FONTÉ and Uptown. It’s also offered made with egg whites.

Grab & Go menu selections are available at all FONTÉ and UPTOWN Café locations and include freshly made sandwiches, wraps, soups, and the outstanding regular or egg white breakfast burrito. Ingredients are curated from local companies like Stabbort Farm eggs, Uli’s Famous Sausage, Bellingham local/organic milk, and Grand Central.  Fresh wild-caught salmon from the Pike Place market becomes delicious sandwich smears and local cheese varieties including swiss, goat, boursin, gruyere are used in their incredible omelettes.

“We settle for nothing less than the highest quality food and product. Period.” says founder Paul Odom. “A sandwich may be a couple dollars more at FONTÉ but ours is going to be badass.”

Baked goods are made with real butter and milk at the Queen Anne Uptown location and delivered to all cafés fresh each day.

FONTÉ has a bakery – Uptown Espresso Café & Bakery— Since FONTÉ recently acquired the Uptown Espresso brand in 2018, it’s been under close refinement and now operates under the name Uptown Espresso Café & Bakery. At the facilities of their Uptown Queen Anne location, sweet baked goods are caringly made daily and delivered to all eight neighborhoods Uptown and both FONTÉ Cafés. Real butter and milk is used to make quality European style blueberry muffins with mouth-popping berries, rich chocolaty brownies, flaky shortbread cookies, and crave-able Puyallup fair style Scottish scones. Happy Hour at all locations from 2-6 pm daily includes half off bakery and pastry items in the display case.

“For almost 30 years we’ve gone to a fanatical level of detail and high standards with our coffee. Our food has to be the same caliber as our coffee or it’s a screwed up concept.” said Odom.  “My vision was to elevate our baked goods and food items to quality levels that would be the same as the coffee. It has to be as good as the coffee.”
