Next week is the start of Seattle’s favorite dining week with more than 170 local restaurants will serve up three-course dinners for just $30 and many of them will offer two-course lunches for $15. 
The giveaway includes (3 winners): a $100 Gift Certificate + Reservation to either Loulay, Seastar Bellevue, or Volterra, and a round trip Flywheel credit of $25 to one of three restaurants…
