Xi’an Noodles will be bringing China’s Shaanxi province specialty, Biángbiáng noodles to the U District. What makes these noodles so special? Well, the noodles are hand ripped, stretched and slapped around to the counter to make a Biáng! Biáng! sound when they’re formed. This signature dish is seared in hot oil and dressed with pepper flakes, meat sauce and chili oil to your slurping enjoyment.
