Popular items on Juicy Café’s menu include the “Fast Eddy” smoothie made with spinach, cucumber, lime, mango, banana and apple; Ab’s Religion juice made with cucumber, celery, kale, spinach, romaine, lemon, ginger and wheatgrass; the Happy Buddha made with customer’s choice of protein, lemon-turmeric tahini, rice, seasonal veggies, garbanzo beans and almonds; and Oatballs made with raw gluten-free oats and various ingredients depending on the flavor.

Founded in 2010 by Abigail Stansfield, Juicy Café offers customers with quick, affordable and nutritious options for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The flagship Juicy Café is located in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center and is a popular lunch spot for downtown Seattle businesspeople. Stansfield strives to provide healthy and tasty food and drinks for her customers, and encourages customers to incorporate juices as part of a balanced lifestyle.
