Seattle’s favorite organic, Fair Trade chocolatier, Theo Chocolate, is opening its first holiday pop-up shop at Bellevue Square on November 15, remaining open through December 24. This holiday, Eastsiders won’t have to cross the bridge to shop for chocolate-y stocking stuffers, sweet hostess gifts, and last-minute holiday treats. And there will be sampling!
