Bacon and Beer Classic Seattle 2015, Meet the Judging Panel

In three weeks, Safeco Field will be filled with thousands of hungry, beer drinking Seattleites sampling dishes from popular restaurants like Kaisho, Ivars, Radiator Whiskey, Brass Tacks, Pinky’s Kitchen, Dante’s Inferno Dogs, Duke’s Chowder House, Henry’s Tavern and a bunch more… (see full list here). Oh and let’s not forget about the 25+ breweries that will be available

As a way to spice up the Bacon and Beer Classicfive influential Seattleites have recently been appointed to the Judging Panel. A number of renown culinary professionals and craft beer enthusiasts will be giving out awards during both sessions of Seattle’s Bacon and Beer Classic! From best sweet use of bacon to weirdest twist on a craft brew, the judges will try every booth and award the best!

Michael Dieterle
Michael has been involved with the Seattle area craft beer scene since early 2011, but his passion for craft beer goes back much farther. A BJCP recognized beer judge and homebrewer for over 20 years, he has a real passion for craft beer (and gourmet food). Mike Besser
Mike has been BrewDad for over 10 years and during that time taken a small Homebrewing blog to a much bigger scale of all things Craft Beer. Ann Peavey
