Behind the Bottle Dinner with Lyle Railsback of international wine purveyor, Kermit Lynch on February 20 at 7 p.m. This Behind the Bottle Dinner invites guests to sip, savor and indulge in a variety of hand-selected French wines.
Lyle Railsback and RN74 lead sommelier Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen will open treasured bottles of imported French wines that pair perfectly with the impressive and indulgent five-course menu from RN74 featuring sweetbreads, pate, octopus and oxtail. Railsback has spent the last ten years leading wine excursions through French wine country and now he is bringing his extensive knowledge of the region to RN74 for one night only. Guests will be led through an engaging exploration of six different French wines paired with the five-course dinner:
