The downtown Seattle restaurant created new menu offerings available from Oct. 1 – 31, including a three-course tasting menu and a burger and brew combo, paired with Bellevue Brewing brews:
- Tasting Menu – $48:
- Course 1: Warm Macrina pretzel rolls served with cider mustard and Beecher’s cheese sauce for dipping
- Course 2: Carlton Farms pork schnitzel with house-made spaetzle, fresh hop beer braised cabbage, herb salad and lemon
- Course 3: Pumpkin mousse topped with pumpkin puree, dark chocolate, candied orange peel and cream Chantilly
- Burger & Brew – $23:
- 8 oz. Washington beef burger topped with crispy pork belly, pickled red cabbage, smoked campfire jack cheese, Bibb lettuce and fresh hop aioli towering on a Macrina roll, paired with your choice of any draft 14 oz beer
